Hi! My name is Laurie Renee Kash, PhD.
I have been a talent developer, educator, school administrator, special education director, mentor, and conflict resolution practitioner for many years. Please let me assist you to realize your goals. We can use strategies from Applied Behavior Analysis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to work through roadblocks and plan fo the future, one goal at a time.
I now partner with the Oregon Department of Human Services, Office of Developmental Disabilities Services (ODDS), to provide Professional Behavior Services. In this role, I collaborate with individuals, families, and support teams to develop meaningful, person-centered strategies that promote independence, skill-building, and long-term success. My work focuses on understanding behavior within the context of each person’s life, supporting growth with compassion and evidence-based practices.
